Victoria has experience in business, healthcare, real estate, lending, consumer products, education, sociology, and leadership. She has previously advised a number of organizations who were suffering from significant people and cultural challenges within the business. Creating a better people and cultural strategy dynamic then unlocked much better business performance. Through her experiences she learned that human emotions determine each person’s success or failure, joy or sorrow, health or disease. Life coaching provides the ability to change how a person approaches their situation and thus change it. Victoria’s goal is to help professionals and entrepreneurs improve their lives, which translates into more successful businesses.
