Life Coaching focuses on helping people with their personal skills and challenges. Life Coaching is focused on embracing the person and their talents and empowering them to make the personal changes necessary to improve their life.

Victoria has experience in business, healthcare, real estate, lending, consumer products, education, sociology, and leadership. She has previously advised a number of organizations who were suffering from significant people and cultural challenges within the business. Creating a better people and cultural strategy dynamic then unlocked much better business performance. Through her experiences she learned that human emotions determine each person’s success or failure, joy or sorrow, health or disease. Life coaching provides the ability to change how a person approaches their situation and thus change it. Victoria’s goal is to help professionals and entrepreneurs improve their lives, which translates into more successful businesses. This comes from the client achieving improved clarity, better focus, less stress, improved decision making, and better overall balance. Well managed personal skills, attributes, and lifestyle will greatly enhance and empower the client’s professional skills, judgment, and decision making.

Matthew Fairshter is an author and an award winning advisor and business executive. He has appeared on numerous television news shows over the years. He has been a CEO, CFO, business executive, board member, and outside/independent director in many small to medium sized businesses. He has been an advisor to owners of hundreds of small and medium sized businesses over the last 25 years. In many cases, he has helped them set up and build their businesses.
